Techfluence IT is for customer service pros who are tired of feeling capped, micromanaged, and underpaid — and want a real path into tech-adjacent roles (Customer Success, SDR/BDR etc.) without guessing.
Because let me be real with you:
you don’t need a fancy tech degree to work at a tech company.
You need a clear plan, a confident story, and a resume that translates what you already do.
If your resume screams “call center” and you know you’re capable of more… you’re in the right place. Period.
Our Story Starts Here.
Hi, I’m Jasmine.
I graduated during COVID. Moved to Dallas for “opportunity.”
Ended up in call center jobs making $13–$17/hr, drowning in stress, and racking up $18K of debt trying to keep my life together.
I was good at my job — training people, hitting metrics, doing the most —
and still getting rewarded with a certificate and a $0.75 raise.
And I kept hearing the same thing:
“Give it 10 years and you’ll move up.”
…10 years? Babe. No.
Then I discovered sales development (SDR/BDR). Fixed up my LinkedIn. Got recruited. Interviewed like my life depended on it — because it did — and landed the role.
That one move changed everything:
I paid off the debt
I finally had breathing room
I traveled for the first time
I built a real career path (not just a job)
And I’ve helped other people do the same.
Now I’m here to level the playing field for the people who have the skills, but don’t have the roadmap.

What We Believe
Soft skills are the cheat code. If you can de-escalate, problem-solve, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure… you’re already halfway there.
Tech isn’t “sexy.” It’s options. A better salary doesn’t fix everything, but it does fix a lot.
Confidence is built, not born. You don’t need to become someone else — you need to package what’s already true about you.
No fluff, no selling dreams. I’m not doing that with you. We’re doing strategy.
Who This Is For
You’re probably a good fit if you:
work in customer service/call center/retail/hospitality/insurance/admin support
feel overlooked (even though you’re carrying the team)
want a higher-paying role with growth potential
need help turning your experience into “tech-ready” language
want steps you can actually follow, even when you’re tired
And yes — the vibe is feminine because I’m a girl and I like what I like 😂
But this is for anyone ready to make a move.
